When it comes to healing, I think about the following 5 Bible verses. God will answer the prayers of the faithful. Many of us will pray for healing for ourselves and others. Some prayers we acknowledge have been answered, and some seem yet to be answered, and in some cases, we may feel that God did not answer our prayers.
In Numbers it tells us that God cannot lie. Therefore we can expect God’s response to our prayers will come to pass if we have faith, but it may not look exactly as we expect.
We also know from Isaiah, that God’s ways are not our ways. Therefore, God may heal someone according to His timeline and not ours, by means of earthly resources and not only via instantaneous miracle of heavenly proportions, and perhaps not here on earth but in heaven. Keep in mind that from God’s perspective, He brings all things together for good. God does not promise that we will not experience pain and suffering on earth, but these things will be no more in heaven.
In the book of Job, Job’s suffering, was a testament of his love for God. Job trusted and praised God in spite of his afflictions. Job’s faith is a testament of his love of God regardless of what God did for him. Job continued to love God and acknowledged that God is God, regardless of his circumstances.
Matthew 21:22
And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith.
Numbers 23:19
God is not a man, that He should lie,
Nor a son of man, that He should repent;
Has He said, and will He not do it?
Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?
Isaiah 55:8-9
"For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
Nor are your ways My ways", declares the Lord.
"For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are My ways higher than your ways
And My thoughts than your thoughts."
Romans 8:28
And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
Job 13:15
Though He slays me, I will put my trust in Him.
Raise your prayer to the Lord and be obedient to His guidance for your healing. Jesus healed many people in a variety of ways, including the resonance of His voice with Lazarus to be raised from the dead and He also used earthly resources to bring healing to the blind man (read more below).
If you are reading this, perhaps God is having you explore a new approach to restore your body; His temple as He resides in you.
As with the example of Lazarus being raised by the spoken vibration of Jesus' voice, human bodies continue to respond to resonance today. To learn more about bioresonance and it's ability to harmonize your body to heal itself, explore more on Delightful Living Wellness.
When we pray we typically have an expectation of an instantaneous response from God. At times He will respond immediately and these are the moments we declare as a miracle.
Rise, take up they bed, and walk. And immediately the man was made whole. John 5: 8-9
The challenge becomes when we need to wait upon God with His healing power. Healing is a process that happens through time as you continually improve in health. The amount of time can vary from a moment to many years.
After Jesus laid hands on the blind man he could "see men like trees, walking. " ... Then He put His hands on his eyes again and made him look up. And he was restored and saw everyo
God heals both our physical and emotional concerns. He heals not only those things that occur in our life time but aliments which were inherited from our past generations. These types of ailments are passed down at the time of conception.
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come. 2 Corinthians 5:17
Jesus also used earthly resources to heal. In the instance of the blind man, He did not only speak over the man but used spit and mud as part of the overall healing process.
He spit on the ground and made mud with saliva. He annointed the man's eyes with mud and said to him - "Go wash". John 9:6-7
Hearing God's voice heals. Speech is carried over sounds waves of energy. Human bodies respond to energetic resonance.
Jesus cried with a loud voice, " Lazarus, come forth". And he that was dead came forth.
John 11: 43
Jesus heals from a distance.
When Jesus was not far from the house, the centurion sent friends, saying ...But say the word, and let my servant be healed. ... Jesus marveled at him, and turning to the crowd that followed him, said, “I tell you, not even in Israel have I found such faith.” And when those who had been sent returned to the house, they found the servant well. Luke 7:6-10
